Questions
What people ask us.
Can it send email on its own?
Yes, if you switch it on. The bot writes drafts. Once you've approved 5 in a row of the same type, you can switch on automatic sending for that type, and switch it off at any time. Automatic emails are labelled as sent by an AI assistant.
What never goes out automatically?
Quotes, contracts, complaints and payments always go to drafts for you to review.
Do I need to be good with computers?
No. We set everything up with you in an online meeting. You log in to your email and calendar and we walk you through the rest.
Why is there a setup fee?
Setup is work we do with you: we go through your tasks, teach it your tone, prices and services, and test it before it goes live. The monthly fee then covers the maintenance meetings and new templates.
What if a reply isn't how I want it?
That's why it starts with drafts. You fix the reply and we improve its instructions from that. You can always put a type back into drafts.
Who has access to my data?
The AI employee runs on your company's account. You connect your email and calendar with your own login. We never get your passwords and have no access to the account.
Does anything cost more than the prices on this page?
The Grok Bot subscription is on your company's account and is paid directly, from about $30 a month. With the ad package, you pay ad spend directly to Meta, from about 1,000 ISK a day.
Which systems does it work with?
Email in Gmail or Outlook, Google Calendar, Google Drive and Shopify. Phone calls, Messenger and Instagram aren't part of the packages, and it isn't connected to Icelandic accounting or booking systems.
Do you promise results?
We don't promise a specific amount of sales. We promise to set it up well and tell you honestly how it's going.
Can I cancel?
We go through the terms and cancellation on the call, before you decide anything.
